OUR STORY
Benavest was founded in 2014 by Joe Gannon with a clear mission: to help every consumer secure a health insurance plan. That same year, we opened our first office in Hollywood, Florida. Since then, Benavest has grown into a nationally licensed insurance agency and a recognized industry leader in healthcare. As a non-captive agency, we provide our agents with the freedom to offer clients the best plan options across multiple carriers.

At Benavest, we make the carrier contracting process simple and guided. Once you join, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started, including step-by-step instructions through our Agent Zone. Our team supports you every step of the way as you complete contracting with top carriers. You’ll receive welcome emails or confirmations directly from carriers once you’re active and ready-to-sell. If there are any delays, we’re here to help verify your status and keep you moving forward.

Commissions
Benavest offers highly competitive commission payouts designed to reward agent performance. Commission statements are emailed directly to agents in PDF format, and agents receive up-to-date commission schedules that align with each carrier’s current structure. We also offer production-based commission rate bonuses and support agents with carrier reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
In addition to base commissions, BenaVest provides agent bonuses, overrides, and performance incentives designed to reward production and growth. High-performing agents can unlock additional income opportunities through volume-based bonuses and carrier incentives across multiple product lines.
By diversifying your offerings across ACA, Medicare, Life, and ancillary products, agents can increase per-client value while creating more consistent, year-round revenue.
Training
All-Access is Benavest’s all-in-one support system for agents, designed to help you work smarter and grow faster. As an agent, you’ll gain access to recorded carrier webinars, product overviews, and a variety of downloadable resources like standard consent forms, closing scripts, email and text templates. You’ll also unlock a full library of marketing materials to help promote your services across digital and print platforms. Plus, with our Carrier Resources section, you’ll have one central place to find brochures, presentations, and important carrier documents—all organized for easy access.

Live Lead Program
What is the Lead Program?
The Live Lead Program is a great opportunity to receive free live leads during SEP (Special Enrollment Period) and OEP (Open Enrollment Period). Agents can grow their book of business without spending their own out-of-pocket money. Participating agents will receive training, tools, additional bonuses, and one-to-one support while in the program.
