BenaVest’s ACA Enrollment Platform

You will need a system to sign up and enroll your ACA clients. The enrollment platforms our agents use is either Benefit Align or Health Sherpa.

Benefit Align

Benefit Align costs $300 for the year and you can process an unlimited number of enrollments. Referrals can also be processed using Benefit Align, where you are paid monthly and for renewals.

Benefit Align offers Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) which is a new technology from CMS. EDE allows Benefit Align to fully integrate with HealthCare.gov so applications can be completed fully without the need to open up HealthCare.gov.

Some things that can be done directly on Benefit Align with EDE are the following:

• Get current status of application on Healthcare.gov
• Identify required follow ups
• Make first payment
• Upload documents
• Report Life Changes
• Renew plans (with pre filled applications!)
• Download eligibility results and 1095A tax forms
• Plus more

Health Sherpa

Health Sherpa utilizes an easy to use dashboard that always has an easy access quote button. Clicking this button will instantly take you to the quoting system and let you get started on a quote for a client. Along with this feature there are buttons to instantly start an application as well as many other features that Health Sherpa offers.

Health Sherpa offers Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) enrollment as well.
