2026 CMS Certification Portal Access
To sell Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA) plans, you’re required to complete CMS certification training for every state in which you intend to operate.
Important Information For Agents & Brokers
To sell Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA) products, you must complete the CMS certification training for each state where you plan to conduct business. Fortunately, most states use the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) — meaning completing the FFM training will certify you to sell in all participating states.
Please review and use the resources below to complete your required training. Once you’re certified, you can submit your appointment requests using the link below or through the “Independent Health Agents Marketing Forms” email you recently received.
